Banning Social Media in the workplace

As I was looking up the term socialnomics I found a good article about banning social media in the workplace and thought i would share it. I was, coincidently, surfing while working, something I do quite often becuase my mind is in multitask mode 24/7. I am constantly thinking of something I heard and want to google or a site I need to visit and will access that while working so i am bouncing between tasks constantly. It's hard to focus on any one thing but I can say for certain banning social media in my workplace would negatively impact all of us.
